The Field Training Bureau of Great Brook Emergency Medical Services was created to acclimate new EMS provider employees to the philosophy and operations of Great Brook. We understand that it is our responsibility to provide an educational, supportive, and nurturing environment for our employees to grow and truly perfect their practice.
Through a combination of on-line learning and hands on experiential learning our employees are brought through the steps to becoming a solid contributor to our organization and helping us to meet our organizational goals.

The program is designed to intake all new EMS provider employees and put them through all facets of our company and how our organization runs. The emphasis is on great patient care and customer service.
This program take several weeks to complete and once finished with the program, employees are then assigned to a station and a supervisor. Only then will they operate as a full crew members responsible for patient care and transport.
